Senior data analyst
SCORIFY is a successfully growing company bringing cutting edge technologies based on big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Our solutions are being used by financial institutions, peer-to-peer lending platforms, telcos, and central banks. We are looking for a strong addition to the team who will join us in creating new AI models and services.
Your responsibilities
- Ownership of Data Reporting:
- Own the data reporting process by conducting data analyses to identify trends, test hypotheses, support initiatives, and provide actionable insights.
- Provide daily support, troubleshooting, and assistance with data queries and issues for team members and stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Data Reports Automatization:
- Participate in the development and implementation of automated scripts for report generation.
- Be responsible for the maintenance and care of automated reporting scripts.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with the automation processes.
- Data Engineering Tasks:
- Assist senior data engineers in data engineering tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Participate in data pipeline development and maintenance.
- Credit Risk Analysis and Model Development:
- Perform analysis related to credit risk and support the development and enhancement of credit risk models through data-driven insights.
- Participate in the validation of credit risk models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel.
- Experience with data visualizations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Big advantage if you have:
- Experience with Python or R.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with credit risk modeling and validation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for credit risk modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
