Account Manager

As Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our innovative solutions.
Leveraging your expertise in the financial sector, fintech, or credit bureau industries, you will work both independently and collaboratively to grow our business and ensure customer satisfaction. Your keen interest in data and tech solutions will be instrumental in promoting our innovative offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Manage and expand relationships within the existing customer portfolio.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and establish contacts.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends, positioning our
    solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently, organizing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines with minimal
    supervision.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales with business clients in the financial sector, fintech, or credit
    bureau industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  •  Proficiency in verbal and written Lithuanian and English communication.
  • Higher education in business management, economics, or a related field.
  • Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for data-driven solutions.
